      Камеру подключил, I2C шину в настройках тоже включил. mv_raspicam саму камеру видит и распознает, но при создании буфера зависает и все ...

          @seyran Потому что эта камера не поддерживает такое большое разрешение.
          Пожалуйста, удалите параметр roi из вашей команды.
