Problems to make work camera IMX462M

Dear , we are facing issues to make work the camera IMX462M in a raspberry pi 4 ( we already tried in rpi5 and rpi3).
I seems the drivers are well installed but the camera is not detected , maybe we lost something ?Here below the output of the message : dmseg | grep veye :

@habreu Sorry for the late reply. This issue is usually caused by the FFC cable being inserted in the wrong direction. Please simply make sure that the contact surface of the FFC cable aligns correctly with the contact surface of the connector.

Hi we succeeded to run the imx462 camera using qv4l2 interface on rasp pi4. To exploit the camera for our application and do some sophesticated calibration (noise reduction...) we tried to use veye-mipi_i2C.sh (after stopping the graphic interfaces) to change the paramaeters. None of the parameters could be changed ( we used the right instructions).
We wonder if you have fixed the parameters (hardocded) or we need to do a specific operation to be able to chnge the parameters according to our needs.Please help
