      Hello,

We are using IMX-307 CSI cameras and we are facing some freezing and interference issues (Image captured by the camera has some colored lines in random spots).

      1. Camera freezes randomly and the image is stuck at a certain point and we have to re run the program or reboot the system to fix it. Only one of the 3 cameras we are using has this freezing issue.

      2. Interference appears randomly. However, it only lasts for few seconds and goes away.

Here's an image without interference -

      Same image with interference -

Need help looking into these issues. Thanks

What is the mainboard you are using?
This is indeed the problem of signal interference.

        1. Can you take a picture of the system and I will take a look at it?
        2. Please check the connection status of the FFC cable, or try a different FFC cable.
        3. A customer feedback Raspberry Pi platform, wifi signal will cause interference. For your reference.

Questions will be answered as soon as possible, please be patient.

          Hello,

Thanks for the reply. We will check with a different FFC cable and give you updates.
