      @m4416202 在有的厂家的固件上我们遇到过这个问题。应该是v4l2-ctl工具的问题。
      你试试用我们文档上提到的yavta工具试试。

        @veye_xumm 这个是用yavta工具生成的RAW文件，这个RAW文件好像打不开，您那用什么软件打开的？

                你为啥把图像理解成UYVY格式呢？是不是看错文章了啊？

                uyvy是彩色数据格式，SC130M是黑白的啊。
